Opportunity Overview

The Clicks Group offers a Youth Employment Programme designed for unemployed young South Africans. This initiative provides a valuable opportunity to learn and gain essential work experience within the health and beauty retail sector.

Participants will engage in a structured programme that combines classroom-based learning with practical, on-the-job training in a retail store environment. Upon successful completion of the programme, participants will be awarded an NQF Level 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Be between 18 and 29 years old.
• Have passed Grade 12 / Matric.
• Be currently unemployed.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Be willing to learn new skills.
• Must not be currently registered on another Learnership or Skills Programme.
