Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all theoretical learning modules and required assessments.

  • Address all queries professionally to deliver an excellent client experience and meet or exceed client service level agreements.
  • Screen and appropriately route received queries to relevant stakeholders and assist in resolving client issues.
  • Maintain the required office housekeeping standards within the working environment.

What the Work Involves
