About SetaJobs
A South African job board for learnerships, internships and government vacancies — founded and edited by Reliance Marema.
Our Mission
SetaJobs exists to make South African career opportunities — particularly learnerships, internships and SETA-accredited programmes — findable and understandable for the people they are meant for. These opportunities are published across departmental circulars, SETA websites and PDF adverts, usually in dense HR language, and too often reach job seekers only after the closing date has passed.
We gather those postings from their official sources and present them in plain language: what the opportunity is, who qualifies, what it pays, and exactly where and how to apply — with closing dates kept current and listings marked closed the moment a deadline passes.
Who Runs SetaJobs
SetaJobs was founded by Reliance Marema, who remains its editor: he selects what gets published, writes the guides, and is accountable for every page on the site. His author profile describes his editorial method and lists everything he has written here.
SetaJobs is operated by Camptral.

How We Verify What We Publish
Everything on SetaJobs works from primary sources. Before a listing is published, we check:
- That it traces back to an official source — a DPSA circular, a SETA or departmental website, or the employer’s own advert — never another job board
- That closing dates, minimum requirements, stipends and application channels match that source document
- That the opportunity does not ask job seekers for money — upfront-payment "opportunities" are scams and are not listed
- That the listing is marked closed once its deadline passes, so nobody wastes an application on a dead post
The full process, including how corrections are handled, is documented in our fact-checking policy.
Disclaimer: SetaJobs is an informational platform. We are not an employer and do not process applications. Always apply directly through the official channels listed in each posting.
