Opportunity Overview
The Clicks Group invites unemployed young South Africans to apply for its Youth Employment Programme for 2026/2027. Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Age between 18 and 29 years old.
- Must have successfully passed Grade 12 / Matric.
- Must currently be unemployed.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be willing and eager to learn new skills.
- Must not be currently registered on any Learnership or Skills Programme.
Key Responsibilities
Participants in the Youth Employment Programme will be expected to:
- Participate fully in classroom learning sessions.
- Undergo practical on-the-job training within a retail store.
- Gain valuable work experience in the health and beauty retail sector.
- Develop skills related to the NQF 2 Checkout Operator occupational qualification.
