Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with client queries via telephone, adhering to Call Centre standards under supervision.
  • Escalate complex queries to more senior agents when necessary.
  • Take inbound calls and share relevant information, with assistance and on-the-job coaching.
  • Aim to finalise calls at the initial point of contact where possible.
  • Develop a moderate level of technical knowledge relevant to the business area.
  • Learn to multi-skill across products and processes within the business area.
  • Working hours are flexible:
  • Monday to Friday: Shifts between 8am and 7pm
  • Saturday: Shifts between 8am and 1pm
