Minimum Requirements

• Be a South African citizen.
• Possess a valid Code EC driver's licence with a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP), specifically categories D, G, and P.
• Provide a certified copy of your Matric certificate.
• Be medically fit for the demands of the role.
• Be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• A degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, transport economics, or a related field will be considered an advantage.

• Completing a structured 12-to-18-month programme combining classroom theory, on-the-job training, and practical driving experience.
• Attending compulsory face-to-face classroom training to achieve competence.
• Logging a minimum of 100 practical driving hours in the workplace before the final assessment.
• Operating safely and efficiently, applying all legislated standards for road safety and energy efficiency.
• Successfully completing a final assessment for competence and the compulsory External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA).
