Minimum Requirements

  • A Project Management Certificate.
  • ITIL certification will be an advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years of IT experience in System Analysis, Design, and Development.

  • Familiarity with SQL and database operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful System Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Examining and evaluating existing systems.
  • Researching and testing new technologies.
  • Conducting proof of concepts and pilots for new solutions.
  • Liaising with users to track additional requirements and features.
  • Implementing cybersecurity technologies.
  • Monitoring logs and reports for cybersecurity incidents.
  • Conducting Vulnerability Assessments on infrastructure and applications.
  • Creating and maintaining scripts for system tasks.
  • Documenting interfaces between new and legacy systems.
  • Validating changes by testing programs.
  • Building and deploying applications using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies.
  • Performing SQL queries for data management and analysis.
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure smooth and secure operation.
  • Documenting processes for employees to successfully work within the computing system.
