3. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Practitioner: Human Resource Management, you will be instrumental in overseeing critical HR functions, including:

  • Monitoring and ensuring the integrity of the Recruitment and Selection process.
  • Facilitating the processing and approval of various service benefits for employees.
  • Providing oversight and monitoring the termination of service processes across the province.
  • Monitoring the HR establishment and supporting the effective implementation of HR policies.
  • Supervising resources (human, financial, equipment/assets) within your division to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
