3. Key Responsibilities
As a Client Service Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing registration services for work-seekers using the Employment Services of South Africa (ESSA) system.
- Administering the registration of various work and learning opportunities on ESSA.
- Referring work-seekers to appropriate Employment Counselling services.
- Offering administrative support to facilitate the successful filling of work and learning opportunities.
- Performing general administrative tasks and participating in advocacy sessions as required.
