The International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) invites applications for its Internship opportunities. This programme is designed for unemployed graduates seeking to gain practical work experience within the public sector.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Be an unemployed South African citizen.
- Be an unemployed graduate in possession of the relevant tertiary qualification as specified below.
- Have no previous work experience.
Specific qualification requirements for each internship opportunity:
- Internship: Import and Export Control (Reference No: ITAC07/2026)
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Law / Public Administration.
- Internship: Trade Remedies I and II (Reference No: ITAC06/2026)
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting / Economics.
- Internship: Tariff Investigations I and II (Reference No: ITAC05/2026)
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Economics / Business Economics / Financial Accounting / Agricultural Economics.
- Internship: Economic Analysis and Trade Monitoring (Reference No: ITAC04/2026)
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics majoring in International Trade / Macroeconomics / Statistics.
