Minimum Requirements

• Shortlisted candidates for SMS positions will undertake two pre-entry assessments: a practical exercise focusing on technical and generic requirements, and an integrity (ethical conduct) assessment.
• Following interviews and technical exercises, candidates may be recommended for a generic managerial competency assessment.
