Key Responsibilities

• Assist with various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent processes.
• Support real business priorities and projects within the Human Capital team.
• Conduct research on HR-related topics to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate key Human Capital initiatives and talent activities accurately and timeously.
• Contribute ideas and insights to support the development of workplace frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Produce quality documentation, guidelines, and presentation material using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
