Minimum Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years' experience in a supply chain management environment
  • Interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure practices and processes comply with regulatory rules and company policies.
  • Manage contracts entered into by the Municipality.
  • Review and administer various supply chain and procurement contracts.
  • Provide input to assist with strategic leadership and planning in compliance with the Municipal Systems Act and other legislation.
  • Implement and maintain operational processes within governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide input to ensure effective implementation of governance and risk management practices.
  • Participate in implementing financial processes within Supply Chain Management to ensure MFMA compliance.
  • Maintain customer service orientation to foster exceptional service delivery.
