The Role

As a PulseBids Runner, you act as the bridge between local contractors/service providers and our automated AI bidding engine. Your mission is to find local businesses (builders, cleaners, security companies, IT providers), help them set up their profile on PulseBids, and assist them in tracking or preparing for relevant government tenders.

This is a flexible, performance-based gig. You work on your own schedule, from anywhere in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Onboarding: Register your free account on PulseBids and guide local business owners through setting up their company profiles (CIPC, CSD status, and B-BBEE levels).
• Opportunity Sourcing: Use the PulseBids dashboard to spot high-matching tenders in your local municipality or province (Construction, Cleaning, Security, General Goods).
• Field & Digital Outreach: Connect with local small-business owners, introduce them to the platform, and show them how PulseBids automates compliance checks and generates instant Google Maps directions to physical tender submission boxes.
• Task Execution: Assist registered users with basic platform workflows, tracking deadlines, and sharing platform links.
