Key Responsibilities

  • Make travel arrangements for officials and handle travel claims.
  • Maintain and oversee the filing system of the Directorate.
  • Create folders on Microsoft Teams and provide electronic internal filing platform(s) support to users.
  • Upload Directorate evidence on a weekly/monthly basis on electronic filing platforms.
  • Consolidate and maintain sub-directorate monthly inventory registers.
  • Provide training support for electronic internal filing platform(s) and maintain a database of trained stakeholders.
  • Assist with the management of finances within the Directorate.

  • Reconcile the BAS payment advice with statements from suppliers.
