Minimum Requirements

Must hold a Matric certificate.

Be currently unemployed and actively seeking workplace experience.
Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
Be a South African citizen.
Have not previously participated in the YES Programme.
Reside in or around Durban and be able to commute to Umhlanga daily.
Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
Be computer literate, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Provide administrative support across various departments within the firm.
Assist with general office duties and daily operations.
Contribute to maintaining efficient office procedures.
Learn and apply new skills in a professional work environment.
Gain practical experience and workplace exposure over the 12-month programme duration.
