Opportunity Overview

Eskom, through its Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme, is offering work opportunities for unemployed youth across South Africa. This initiative is part of a broader public-private effort led by the Presidency to address youth unemployment in the country.

Minimum Requirements

  • Be between 18 and 34 years of age.
  • Hold a Grade 12 certificate or an equivalent qualification.
  • Not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than one year.
  • Not be studying full-time in the year of employment.
  • Not have previously participated in or registered on the YES initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be placed in Eskom Operations and will primarily function in various administrative roles, contributing to the daily activities of their assigned division.
