Key Responsibilities

- Drafting and vetting contracts for the Compensation Fund.

What the Work Involves

You will spend your days deeply engaged with legal documentation, drafting and reviewing contracts to protect the Fund's interests. A significant part of the role will be dedicated to managing and overseeing litigation cases, representing the Fund in legal proceedings. Beyond direct legal tasks, you will also be responsible for processing complex applications and objections related to the Compensation Fund's mandates. Additionally, as a Senior Officer, you will manage the resources within your sub-directorate, guiding your team and ensuring efficient operations.
