Minimum Requirements
- Studying towards or has completed a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Service team in managing day-to-day client relationships.
- Assist with coordinating projects from the initial briefing stage through to delivery.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take comprehensive meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Help develop client presentations, status reports, and essential project documentation.
- Liaise with various internal teams, including Strategy, Creative, Experience Design, Production, and Media, to ensure projects stay on track.
- Monitor project timelines and support with workflow coordination.
- Assist with gathering client feedback and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support client recommendations.
- Learn agency processes, campaign development, and integrated marketing communication.
