Successful candidates will receive support to develop their skills, connect with fellow graduates and senior leaders, and immerse themselves in the Santam culture. The programme features customised onboarding with accredited learning modules, focuses on building FutureFit Competencies for the modern workplace, and provides technical expertise in specialised areas.

Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for these graduate opportunities, applicants must be in possession of a Degree or Diploma as specified for each stream:

For the general Graduate Programme 2027, a Degree in one of the following fields is required:

• Commerce
• Finance
• Risk
• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Information Systems
• Actuarial Science
• Mathematical Statistics
• Industrial Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Law

For the Human Capital Graduate Internship:

• A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

For the Marketing Graduate Internship:

• A B. Com Marketing or other equivalent degree with Communications, Marketing, or related major subjects.

For the Risk and Compliance Graduate Internship:

• A relevant Legal / Risk / Compliance qualification.
