Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Grade 10
  • South African citizen with a valid ID
  • Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
  • Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
  • Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities

During this learnership you will:

  • Assisting with shelf packing, facing and stock rotation
  • Supporting customer enquiries on the shop floor
  • Learning safe handling and basic stockroom procedures
  • Helping maintain store hygiene and presentation standards
  • Completing NQF 2 retail operations assessments

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R3 500 – R4 200 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 2 qualification on successful completion.
