Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Grade 10
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
During this learnership you will:
- Assisting with shelf packing, facing and stock rotation
- Supporting customer enquiries on the shop floor
- Learning safe handling and basic stockroom procedures
- Helping maintain store hygiene and presentation standards
- Completing NQF 2 retail operations assessments
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R3 500 – R4 200 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 2 qualification on successful completion.
