Opportunity Overview

OUTsurance is offering Call Centre Learnerships for unemployed South African youth. This 12-month programme, based in Centurion, provides a structured path to gain practical work experience within the company.

Participants will benefit from workplace exposure, skills development, and hands-on practice, helping them build relevant experience and prepare for future careers in the financial and insurance industry. This learning opportunity is designed for individuals with a passion for call centre work who wish to gain experience and receive a stipend.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Completed Matric / Grade 12
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent NQF Qualification (Essential)
• Be computer literate (MS Office)
• Be a South African citizen
• Not have participated in a learnership previously
• Be between the ages of 18 and 35
• Be currently unemployed
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess the ability to take initiative and engage professionally
• Adapt positively to change, multitask, and manage stress
• Be self-motivated with a desire to learn
