Opportunity Overview
Standard Bank offers Learnership and Internship Programmes designed to provide young South Africans with structured, practical work experience and formal training. These initiatives aim to address youth unemployment while developing a talent pipeline of skilled individuals for the banking sector.

- Internal Auditing Learnership: An undergraduate qualification in one of the following (or a related discipline):

- Data Science Learnership: An undergraduate qualification in one of the following (or a related discipline):

- Graduate Programme: An Honours or Masters qualification (recently completed or completing in 2026) in one of the following:

- Group Compliance Graduate Programme: A minimum 4-year degree or Honours qualification in one of the following:

- SA SB Private Young Professionals Graduate Programme: A completed Undergraduate qualification within two years, or a Postgraduate qualification (recently completed or completing in 2026) in:
- BCom Finance

- CIB Client Coverage Graduate Programme: A Postgraduate qualification (completed or completing in 2026) in one of the following:
- Bachelor Business Science
- Bachelor of Commerce Honours
- Economics
