This 12-month Graduate Intern position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical work experience within the dynamic financial services industry. The successful candidate will join an administrative team at SanlamConnect Intermediaries, receiving exposure to training, mentorship, and essential office administration duties.

The role is designed to develop skills and contribute to Sanlam's vision of building enduring relationships, supporting client engagement, and empowering individuals towards financial confidence and security.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • National Diploma or Degree in a business-related field, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Industrial or Organisational Psychology
  • Preferably no or very limited previous working experience
  • Must currently be unemployed
  • Knowledge of and experience in MS Office applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Co-ordinate meetings effectively
  • Assist with various ad-hoc requests
  • Support sourcing activities
  • Consolidate and provide relevant reports
