Opportunity Overview
Motus Corporation invites young, motivated individuals to apply for its Graduate Programme within the dynamic automotive industry. This 12-month programme, offered through the Motus Aftermarket Parts division, provides a crucial first step for Business Studies Graduates looking to launch their professional careers.
Participants will gain hands-on practical workplace experience, develop industry-relevant knowledge and skills, and receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced professionals. A monthly stipend of R5,000 is provided to support participants during the programme.
Minimum Requirements
- Age: Between 18 and 29 years old
- Qualification: Diploma in a relevant field (Business Studies)
- SETA Eligibility: Must not have previously participated in any SETA-funded programme
- NSFAS: Must not currently be funded by NSFAS
- Availability: Must be able to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the region of placement
- Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team.
