As a Cabin Crew member, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing help and direction during flights. • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • A natural team player with a strong personality
  • At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm high
  • Able to meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements
  • A minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
  • No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform
  • At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience

Key Responsibilities

As an Emirates Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading confidently and taking control in managing aircraft services, security, and safety procedures.
  • Always performing to the highest standards of service and safety.
  • Focusing on being solution-oriented in all aspects of the role.
  • Managing a demanding work schedule with professionalism.
  • Delivering an authentic and positive experience to all customers.

What you'll need to apply

Follow the advert exactly. Private employers differ, and sending more than was asked for does not help.

  • Your CV
  • Certified copy of your ID
  • A short motivation letter

What this kind of post involves

A permanent post is ongoing employment with no end date, carrying full benefits and, in the public service, a defined salary level with annual notch progression. These are advertised competitively and the selection process is considerably more formal than for programme placements.

Watch out for this

The screening is mechanical and happens before anyone reads your CV: the advert’s own application instructions are applied as written, and an incomplete or unsigned form is discarded whatever the rest of the application says.
