Opportunity Overview
Citi South Africa is inviting newly qualified university graduates to apply for its year-long Learnership Programme, known as the Graduate Internship Programme. This opportunity provides extensive exposure and practical work experience across various Citi businesses, with a focus on developing key players for today’s dynamic economic environment.

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Obtained an undergraduate degree with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 65% and above, or a Master’s degree in any discipline.
- A maximum of 1 year of work experience is acceptable, though not a requirement.
- Possess strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a dedication to learning and a true passion for the business.
- Show commitment to personal growth and career development.
- Have a strong desire to learn and a track record of success in team environments.
- Exhibit strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Possess analytical and quantitative skills.
- Have a desire to develop a deep understanding of the financial industry.
- Demonstrate an unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
- An Accounting qualification is considered an added advantage.
- Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape is preferred, but not required.
