- Direct Sales: Degree in Business Administration / Mathematics / Economics
- New Business And Underwriting: BCom Degree
- For the YES for Youth Opportunity:
- Hold a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Must have a Tertiary education.
- Not currently employed.
- Be 35 years old or younger.
- Be a South African Citizen.
