Key Responsibilities
During this learnership you will:
- Learning bricklaying, plastering and basic concrete work
- Reading simple building plans and setting out
- Mixing mortar and maintaining tools and materials
- Applying construction health-and-safety standards
- Completing NQF 3 bricklaying assessments
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R4 000 – R5 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 3 qualification on successful completion.
