Tsogo Sun, a leading hotel and leisure group, offers a CATHSSETA-accredited hospitality learnership in Cape Town, developing youth for careers in front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping.

This learnership is based in Cape Town CBD, Western Cape (Western Cape) and falls under the CATHSSETA — Culture, Arts, Tourism, Hospitality & Sport, leading to a NQF Level 4 qualification. A monthly stipend is provided: R4 500 – R5 500 / month.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
• South African citizen with a valid ID
• Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
• Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
• Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities

During this learnership you will:

• Rotating through front office, F&B and housekeeping
• Delivering guest service to brand standards
• Supporting reservations, check-in and billing
• Applying hygiene and safety standards
• Completing NQF 4 hospitality assessments

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R4 500 – R5 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
