Transnet is offering an 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Trainee Programme designed for students and recent graduates. This programme provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical workplace experience and apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting.

The WIL Trainee Programme aims to enhance participants' employability through hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to industry-specific tasks within Transnet's corporate environment. Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Have completed all theoretical subjects for a Diploma TVET College N4-N6 in HR or Financial Management.
• Be a South African citizen.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Have no existing bursary obligation with another company.
• Submit certified copies of your Matric certificate, academic record, and ID document with your application.
