Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen
• Male candidate
• Aged 18–35 years
• Completed a Diploma or Degree in a STEM-related field, including but not limited to:
• Engineering
• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Data Science
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Environmental Science
• Biotechnology
• Electronics
• Mechatronics
• Industrial Engineering
• Other related STEM qualifications
• Currently unemployed and available to participate in the full programme
• Person living with a disability (proof of disability may be required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and email)
• Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and build workplace readiness skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for innovation, technology, and sustainable development
