Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Male candidate
- Aged 18–35 years
- Completed a Diploma or Degree in a STEM-related field, including but not limited to:
- Engineering
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Environmental Science
- Biotechnology
- Electronics
- Mechatronics
- Industrial Engineering
- Other related STEM qualifications
- Currently unemployed and available to participate in the full programme
- Person living with a disability (proof of disability may be required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and email)
- Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and build workplace readiness skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for innovation, technology, and sustainable development
Key Responsibilities
