Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
During this learnership you will:
- Learning copper and fibre installation and splicing
- Assisting with fault diagnosis on access networks
- Supporting customer premises equipment installation
- Applying working-at-heights and electrical safety
- Completing NQF 4 telecommunications assessments
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R5 500 – R6 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
