Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
  • South African citizen with a valid ID
  • Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
  • Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
  • Clear criminal record
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science
  • Willing to work shifts

During this learnership you will:

  • Learning brewing, packaging and utilities operations
  • Monitoring process parameters and product quality
  • Applying food-safety and SHE standards
  • Supporting line efficiency and basic maintenance
  • Completing NQF 4 manufacturing assessments

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R5 500 – R6 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
