Key Responsibilities
During this learnership you will:
- Rotating through frontline, receiving and merchandising departments
- Delivering excellent customer service at point of sale
- Supporting stock control, replenishment and pricing accuracy
- Learning shrinkage control and loss-prevention basics
- Completing NQF 4 retail assessments and supervisory tasks
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R4 000 – R5 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
