Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
During this learnership you will:
- Supporting general office administration and filing
- Handling correspondence, calls and reception duties
- Capturing and maintaining business data
- Assisting with basic finance and procurement admin
- Completing NQF 4 business administration assessments
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R4 500 – R5 500 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
