Opportunity Overview
PulseBids is South Africa's tender intelligence platform, helping contractors find and win government and private-sector bids. To keep our members' bid pipelines moving, we're recruiting Runners in every province — people who attend tender briefing sessions and collect bid documents on behalf of registered PulseBids members.
This is flexible, part-time gig work: no fixed hours, no office, no experience required. Most jobs take 1–2 hours from start to finish, and you get paid per job completed — not a monthly wage you have to wait for. It's completely free to join, and you choose which jobs to take based on your own area and availability.
If you're reliable, presentable, and comfortable travelling to briefing venues in your area, this is real, flexible income you can start earning within days of signing up.
Minimum Requirements
- Own smartphone with a working camera and mobile data
- Access to transport (own vehicle, taxi, or reliable public transport) to reach briefing venues
- Valid South African ID
- Own bank account (for payment of completed jobs)
- Able to work independently and meet job deadlines without supervision
- No formal education requirement — Grade 10 and above welcome
- Live in or near the area(s) where you want to accept jobs
Key Responsibilities
- Attend tender/bid briefing sessions on behalf of registered PulseBids members
- Collect physical tender documents from the venue
- Photograph or scan documents clearly and upload them promptly through the PulseBids Runner app/portal
