Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a recent graduate with 0-3 years of work experience.
• Have completed or be currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Science degree.
• Specialisations in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Statistics, and related fields will be considered.
• Demonstrate a consistently strong academic record.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

As an Investment Service Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent service to investors, potential investors, and independent financial advisers through inbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Building trust and confidence by clearly explaining Allan Gray's investment philosophy and long-term approach to investing.
• Educating clients by sharing product and fund knowledge to empower them to make informed investment decisions.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to solutions for client problems.

What the Work Involves

Working within the Client Service Centre, you will be the primary point of contact for investors, potential investors, and financial advisers. Your day-to-day will involve direct engagement through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
