Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a current university student in your penultimate year of study, with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Display strong teamwork, analytical skills, and a problem-solving, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Have experience working with groups through formal or informal leadership positions (e.g., student organizations, varsity, thesis).
• Be driven to overcome barriers or setbacks and consistently deliver strong results.
• Be comfortable collaborating with people from different levels, backgrounds, and experiences.
• Be able to use analytical ability to derive insights from data and inform business or organizational decisions.
• Possess a strong passion to continuously learn new things and grow as a professional.

Key Responsibilities

As a P&G Summer Intern, you will:

• Receive an individual business project to work on for the duration of the internship.
• Take ownership, lead, and deliver a live business project from day one.
• Interact daily with P&G team members from various backgrounds, nationalities, and markets.
• Present your project work to P&G senior executives during final presentations.
