Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a similar bar environment
• Knowledge of Micros systems is an advantage
• Experience in stock taking and stock ordering

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the set standards of the bar department
• Supervise the bar operation in line with company policy and government legislation
• Ensure bars and trolley bars are clean, well-stocked, and prepared during operational times
• Maintain stringent stock and cash control procedures
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and work to prevent complaints
• Co-operate with fellow bar staff to ensure correct order taking and beverage service
