Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12 with Mathematics (50%+)
- Strong interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
During this learnership you will:
- Studying long-term insurance products and FAIS regulation
- Supporting client needs analysis and financial education
- Capturing applications and maintaining client records
- Assisting with servicing and retention queries
- Building toward Regulatory Exam (RE5) readiness
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R6 000 – R7 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 5 qualification on successful completion.
