Minimum Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
• South African citizen with a valid ID
• Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
• Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
• Clear criminal record
• Grade 12 with Mathematics (50%+)
• Strong interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

During this learnership you will:

• Studying long-term insurance products and FAIS regulation
• Supporting client needs analysis and financial education
• Capturing applications and maintaining client records
• Assisting with servicing and retention queries
• Building toward Regulatory Exam (RE5) readiness

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R6 000 – R7 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 5 qualification on successful completion.
