Minimum Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
Key Responsibilities
During this learnership you will:
- Studying insurance products, regulation (FAIS) and ethical selling
- Supporting client needs analysis and quotation processes
- Capturing policy applications and supporting documents
- Assisting with claims intake and client communication
- Building toward Regulatory Exam (RE5) readiness
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R5 500 – R6 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
