Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must complete their e-recruitment profile fully, as this profile is equivalent to the newly approved Z83 form. Incomplete profiles will result in applications not being considered.
• Copies of all qualifications, including your National Senior Certificate/Matric certificate, and your ID document must be uploaded to the system. Certification of these documents will be required prior to attending an interview.
• For individuals with foreign qualifications (this includes O and A level certificates), it is your responsibility to have them evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) at your own expense.
• Candidates applying for SMS (Senior Management Service) positions are required to successfully complete the Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme. This programme is an online course available on https://www.thensg.gov.za/training-course/sms-pre-entry-programme/.

Applications for positions at the National Treasury are processed through their e-Recruitment System.

• Login or register to create your applicant profile.
• Ensure your profile is fully completed as it serves as your official application form.
• Upload the necessary documents: This includes copies of all your qualifications (e.g., National Senior Certificate/Matric) and your ID document. These documents do not need to be certified at the time of application, but certification will be required if you are shortlisted for an interview.
• Submit your application before the closing date.
