- Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations, the Employment of Educators Act, and other HR-related policy frameworks.
- Understanding of strategic planning processes.
- Strong leadership ability in securing financial resources and building a financial delivery team.
- Advanced planning, organising, and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Capitalise on human potential and build a strong financial delivery team.
- Oversee advanced planning, organising, and project management within the CFO's office.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and ensure effective communication.
