Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Age: Between 18 and 29 years old.
• Qualification: Hold a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• SETA Eligibility: Must not have previously participated in any SETA-funded programme.
• NSFAS: Must not currently be funded by NSFAS.
• Commitment: Must be able to commit to the full 12-month programme.
• Location: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the region of placement.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy (where applicable).
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions.
