First National Bank (FNB) is seeking innovative and self-starting individuals to join its Graduate Development Programme. The FNB Graduate Team looks for contributors who can work efficiently, exceed customer expectations, and deliver real help.

As a graduate, you will join specific business units within FNB's retail and commercial banking segments. Roles are available in areas such as credit analytics, product development, process and technology development, financial, fraud and risk analysis, customer experience, usability, brand, and financial management. This programme offers a full-time role combined with monthly training sessions and an action learning project.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must be currently completing the final year of a relevant university programme. These programmes are primarily within the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on fields such as:

  • Actuarial Science
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Engineering
  • Physics
  • Information Systems
  • Computer Science
  • Chemistry
  • Data Science
  • UX (Usability and Customer Experience)
  • Related fields in Technology or Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will:

  • Work in a full-time role within FNB business units.
