Opportunity Overview

Fidelity Services Group, one of South Africa’s largest security companies, offers a security-officer learnership leading to PSIRA registration and an NQF 3 qualification.

This learnership is based in Johannesburg CBD, Gauteng (Gauteng) and falls under the SASSETA — Safety & Security, leading to a NQF Level 3 qualification. A monthly stipend is provided: R4 000 – R5 000 / month.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
• South African citizen with a valid ID
• Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
• Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
• Clear criminal record
• Grade 12

Key Responsibilities

During this learnership you will:

• Learning access control and patrol procedures
• Supporting incident observation and reporting
• Applying use-of-force and legal compliance basics
• Operating basic security and communication equipment
• Completing PSIRA grading and NQF 3 assessments

Stipend & Benefits

Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R4 000 – R5 000 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 3 qualification on successful completion.
