This internship is available in various locations including Johannesburg CBD, Tembisa, Soweto, Balfour Park, Katlehong, Vaal, Nelspruit, and Middleburg, providing a chance to gain practical experience in a fast-paced retail and logistics environment.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Higher Diploma or National Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• South African citizen
• Aged between 18 and 28 years
• No prior participation in a YES programme
• Clear criminal record
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
• Not studying full-time during the programme period

Key Responsibilities

As a Home Delivery HUB Specialist Intern, your duties will include:

• Coordinate daily delivery operations across various restaurants.
• Provide support to restaurants, delivery drivers, and hub operations.
• Monitor delivery performance and address operational and delivery issues.
• Track and report on delivery metrics according to brand KPIs.
• Assist with administrative tasks and planning.
