- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 / Matric
- South African citizen with a valid ID
- Aged 18–35 (youth programme)
- Currently unemployed and not on another funded programme
- Clear criminal record
- Grade 12

- Planning and facilitating age-appropriate learning activities
- Supporting children’s health, safety and nutrition
- Observing and recording developmental progress

- Completing NQF 4 ECD assessments and workplace practice
Stipend & Benefits
Successful candidates receive a monthly stipend of R4 000 – R4 800 / month for the duration of the programme, on-the-job mentorship, and a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 qualification on successful completion.
