Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for this programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a Grade 12/Matric or an equivalent certificate.
• Currently be studying towards at least one of the following qualifications:
• BA Law
• BAcc LLB
• BCom Law LLB
• LLM
• Maintain an excellent academic record.
• Adhere to specific application timing requirements based on your current studies:
• If studying a four-year LLB or equivalent, the best time to apply is during your second year.
• If pursuing a combined BA Law / BCom Law with LLB or equivalent, the earliest you can apply is in the final year of your BA Law/BCom Law.
• If completing the three-year post-graduate LLB or equivalent, please apply during your first year of post-graduate studies.
• Demonstrate key competencies and attributes, including:

Key Responsibilities

• Participating in court visits to observe legal proceedings first-hand.
• Working alongside highly experienced attorneys, which may involve tasks related to legal analysis, legal drafting, and forming legal opinions.
